I am writing to express my thanks and gratitude to all at Brighton Chrysler Jeep, in particular many thanks to Sean Evans and Phil Jeffery following a recent purchase from your dealership. Thanks must also go to Carlo who was most helpful and thorough in the finance side of the purchase should that be required.
Last week my son Myles had the pleasure of purchasing a 1998 Jeep from your dealership.
As this was Myles’s first experience in purchasing a car I felt and explained to him that it was probably ‘a good idea’ to purchase a car thru’ a dealership, my reasons being so as to ’know what one was getting’ as well as having the comfort of a warranty. Myles then asked me to assist in this process (his dad lives overseas and I seem to get roped in to doing these sorts of tasks).
How simple and easy Brighton Chrysler Jeep made this task!
Firstly we located the vehicle on the internet and (day one) I make the telephone call for further information. I could not have been more pleased with the information and help that I received on the phone (still on day 1) from Phil Jeffery.
The next morning (day 2) we viewed the vehicle, as Phil was out at the time, the assistance we received from Sean, whose experience on Jeeps was invaluable, was thorough and most helpful. Sean shared with Myles his personal experience with Jeeps and this most certainly was helpful in Myles making the decision to purchase a Jeep.
Myles and I left the dealership and on the way home the decision was made to purchase the vehicle. That afternoon (day 2) following negotiations the purchase was made. I would like to add that the negotiations on behalf of Brighton Chrysler Jeep by Phil and Sean were carried out in a proper and professional manner with warmth and care, pleasing to note that at Brighton Chrysler Jeep these qualities are not mutually exclusive.
Thank you Brighton Chrysler Jeep, your dealership is to be commended. You made a substantial purchase for a 19 year old, a trouble free and smooth experience.
The helpfulness, experience and care shown by Phil and Sean most certainly secured the purchase, leaving us to walk (or drive as is Myles case) feeling confident and pleased in Myles’s decision to purchase his Jeep from such an outstanding organization.

Hi Sean,
Thought you might like this one. Good advertisement for the Grand Cherokee: on Sunday (IO/6) morning ~ 6:3O am we had a test run in the Jeep from Warburton to Knox hospital as Phillippa was having minor contractions. We were sent home as all was OK. That afternoon we went for the real thing. I drove like a bat out of hell as the contractions were getting really bad (I almost lost my left arm as phillippa was in pain inflicting mode). The Jeep did the job, handled well at speed. the 50 min drive took us around 35 mins (It is amazing how much time one can save when ignoring red lights).
We parked up outside the front entrance and I ran round to Phillippa's door calling for assistance. I opened the door and started to lift Phillippa but out popped a 3.65kg bouncing baby boy with black curly hair the spit of his mother (17:O5). I grabbed him in my arms, checked for all the right credentials (Standard Frazer 12 " willy etc), and handed him to his mummy. It was all too much for us. Help was at hand from there on. Its funny, the little fella did not cry much until the mid-wife took him away from the Jeep. We are both proud as punch at our achievement.
The new jeep is now a sentimental part of our family furniture. I drove home well under the speed limit. Both mother and baby are doing just fine and Ciaran is of course not too sure about this little thing that mummy is spending too much time with. I am pleased that we got the Jeep with the leather seats. The hospital even cleaned it for us, mind you, we did not get chance to experience the delivery room (who needs one of them when you have a Grand Cherokee). So there you go mate, the Grand Cherokee, the kids just can't wait to get into it. We all love the Jeep.

We are writing to commend the excellent service we have received from Matthew Cross at Brighton Jeep. Matthew was as courteous and helpful as one would hope to expect during the sales process. However, it has been his after sales service and extra attention that have been most impressive. The gift of flowers with the pick up of the new car was an unexpected and nice touch. Matthew's telephone call to us today to check on our satisfaction with the car was appreciated, especially as we did have battery problems- resulting in a dead battery- over the weekend. When Matthew telephoned, Jeep Assist and Marshall Batteries were attempting to resolve the problem. Matthew offered to contact Jeep Service for us. Within a few minutes, Rowan from Jeep Service telephoned and arranged to home deliver and fit a new battery in a few hours. This occurred as promised. The battery problems were a nuisance, especially during a particularly busy weekend and Monday morning. However, Matthew's extra care and attention has ensured that this episode has left us still happy with the car and with Brighton Jeep.

I have recently taken possession of a new Chrysler Voyager . I would like to compliment your sales staff, in particular Anthony Roberts. He was extremely patient with my family in coming to the difficult decision to replace a Caravelle with the Voyager. His manner was very personable and although he was firm in his resolve he was not pushy as some car salespeople are renowned. I understand that there is a pressure to achieve sales for bonuses, etc but I would hope that a longer term relationship is also important for the next and following car purchases. There is also that wonderful phrase "word of mouth" that can be a great asset to any business. Please would you pass on my gratitude to Anthony?
