In March 1996, Brighton Chrysler Jeep was established by the present Dealer Principal Ross Cruickshanks. With over 25 years experience in the automotive industry, Ross brought to the Chrysler Jeep network enthusiasm, professionalism and above all, customer service second to none. This exciting beginning proved to be the key behind the company's set goal of becoming No. 1 in Sales, and this was soon achieved after a very short period. In September 1996 our Service & Parts Department was set up in a State of the Art Service Department located in New Street, Brighton. Brighton Chrysler Jeep is committed to customer service. By establishing our Service & Parts Departments. We are able to offer to the Victorian Chrysler and Jeep owners a unique situation of being the only sole Victorian and leading Chrysler Jeep Dealership. This enabled us to concentrate solely on Chrysler Jeep. Our company set out to commit 100% to Customer Service within our Service & Parts Department. This commitment has paid off, as we have now established ourselves as the biggest Chrysler Jeep Dealership in Victoria for Service & Parts. |
